Kornati National Park Anchoring and overnight stays

WHERE TO MOOR

Except in strictly protected areas, sailing is allowed in the entire area of Kornati National Park. Mooring and overnight stays are allowed in the following bays:

Kornat Island

- Vrulje Bay - BUOYS

- Kravljačica Bay - situated on the north-western side of Kornat Island. You can moor in front of the Restaurant "Andrija" to a single buoy. Anchoring is possible at a depth of 8 metres. The position is well protected from the bura wind.

- Šipnata Bay
- Opat Bay - MOORING BUOYS. The Bay is close to the southern point of Kornat Island. Guests of the restaurant have around 15 moorings at their disposal. In the bay, there are around a dozen buoys. The bottom is partly rocky and is not fit everywhere for anchoring.

Tying up to buoys is completely free of charge due to a legal dispute. The buoys are unrelated to the restaurants in the bays. In other words, if you decide to tie-up to a buoy you are not obliged to visit a restaurant in the vicinity.
